Rumbullion

Rumbullion Rum, part of Professor Cornelius Ampleforth's range, was launched in 2011 by Master of Malt. It's a spiced rum, essential for mixology, infused with spices and/or fruit, often sweetened.

The classic version has 42.6% alcohol, while the Navy version has 57%, both featuring Madagascar vanilla, orange zest, cinnamon, cloves, and cardamom, reminiscent of British Navy rums. The label depicts the Tot tub, a nod to the daily ration for Navy sailors until 1970​​.
