Te Amo Cigars - The Te Amo brand of cigars stands as a significant name in the world of tobacco, particularly known for its Mexican puros. The Turrent family, with Alberto Turrent as a pioneering figure, laid the foundations for the brand in the 1880s. Bringing Cuban tobacco seeds to Mexico, they discovered the San Andres region's fertile volcanic soil was ideal for growing flavorful tobacco.

For generations, the Turrent family supplied tobacco before launching the Te Amo brand in 1963. This venture marked a new chapter, with the brand eventually coming under the distribution of Consolidated Cigar Co. and later merging with Altadis, although it continued to be produced by the Turrent family.

Today, Alejandro Turrent, representing the fifth generation, plays a crucial role in maintaining the brand's reputation and quality, showcasing the blend of tradition and innovation that defines Te Amo cigars​.

Te Amo's World Selection Series offers an array of blends, with the Mexico Blend being particularly noteworthy. Made entirely from Mexican Criollo 98 tobacco from the San Andres region, it provides a rich, rustic, and slightly sweet smoking experience, highlighting the unique characteristics of Mexican tobacco.

The series also includes the Dominican and Cuba Blends, each offering distinct flavor profiles and strengths to cater to a wide range of tastes. For instance, the Dominican Blend, with its slightly drier touch and chocolate nuances, contrasts with the fuller, spicier flavors of the Cuba Blend, demonstrating the diverse smoking experiences within the Te Amo selection​.
